Return/Exchange Policy

We only return items if it is damaged upon arrival, if you need to return and items please contact us and we will coordinate an exchange. All items purchased on a Discount are Final Sale.

Shipping

FREE Shipping on orders above $50.00 to our beautiful customers. However, we kindly inform you that the costs associated with a return/exchange are not covered in this policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we send you the tracking information from USPS and it has been confirmed as Delivered, Charms by Andie is no longer responsible for the package. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management or common delivery areas, If the package is still missing, you’ll need to contact USPS directly to file a claim and investigate further.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is place, we are unable to cancel.
